Luxury group Kering has made a significant move by opening its new Italian headquarters in the heart of Milan. The new offices, located in the historic Palazzo Pertusati on Via Senato, offer stunning views of both the prestigious fashion district and the Giardini di Porta Venezia. The Palazzo Pertusati Gropallo, a neoclassical architectural gem designed by Simone Cantoni in the 18th century, previously occupied the site.

Jean-François Palus, Kering’s group managing director, expressed his enthusiasm about the relocation, emphasizing the company’s commitment to the Italian luxury and business landscape. “We are delighted to move our Italy head office to this magnificent location at the center of Milan’s business and luxury district, symbolically confirming Kering’s role as a key pillar in the industry,” he stated.

The new headquarters have been thoughtfully designed to prioritize flexibility, natural light, and comfort. Spread across five floors, there are over 300 formal work seats in the offices. The interiors have been completely reconfigured, showcasing iconic pieces of Italian design and featuring organic colors, textured materials, and surrounding greenery.

Kering remains dedicated to sustainability, and the new headquarters aim to achieve Leed Platinum and Well Gold sustainability certifications in the near future. The company’s commitment to eco-friendly practices is further showcased by its establishment of a global logistic hub in Trecate spanning 162,000 square-meters.

The opening of the new Italian headquarters marks a significant milestone for Kering’s presence in Italy, solidifying the Group’s sense of belonging and reinforcing its commitment to Italian craftsmanship. With this move, Kering strengthens its position as a key player in the luxury industry, underscoring the importance of Milan as a global hub for business and luxury.
