French fashion show organizer La Mode en Images, owned by the Mazarine Group, is expanding its operations to New York and Dubai. After successfully establishing itself in Shanghai and Beijing, the company is now venturing into new territories to support its growth in North America and the Middle East.

In October, La Mode en Images will open an American subsidiary in New York, located in the Mazarine USA offices. The new entity will be led by Carine Bauvey, the managing director of Mazarine US, and will comprise a team of 40 specialists in events, content, and innovation. This move allows the company to tap into the crucial US market for organizing events with global reach. The agency’s recent collaborations with renowned brands Balenciaga and Saint Laurent – Rive Droite demonstrate the potential of this market.

Furthermore, La Mode en Images plans to establish a subsidiary in Dubai by the end of the year. This new office aims to support the agency’s client brands in the rapidly growing luxury market of the Middle East.

These expansions follow the consolidation of La Mode en Images’ Parisian employees, who were previously scattered across multiple offices in the Marais district. The team now operates from a newly renovated mansion at 5 rue du Cirque in Paris’s eighth arrondissement. The company has also recently appointed Emmanuel Heimann as the new managing director, who also holds the position of executive vice president at the Mazarine Group.

The relocation of La Mode en Images’ offices closer to the Mazarine Group’s digital teams will facilitate synergies and enable the development of virtual events, web3, metaverse, and NFT. Having accumulated 20 years of experience, La Mode en Images previously employed approximately 90 professionals between its teams in Paris, Shanghai, and Beijing.

The expansion to New York and Dubai signifies a strategic move for La Mode en Images as it seeks to tap into new markets and establish a stronger global presence. With its expertise in organizing fashion shows, brand exhibitions, and major events, the company is well-positioned to meet the demands of the fashion industry in these regions.
