LPP, the owner of popular fashion brands such as Reserved, Sinsay, Cropp, Mohito, and House, has announced a new addition to its management board. Mikołaj Wezdecki, previously the director of digitalisation for the company, will now take on the role of Vice-President.

Wezdecki joined LPP in June 2022, initially focusing on driving the digitisation efforts and developing the e-commerce platform for Reserved and Sinsay. However, his responsibilities expanded in March when he was appointed as the director of digitalisation for all LPP Group brands. In this position, he played a crucial role in setting up new standards and synergies for the brands’ online platforms.

Marek Piechocki, the president of the management board, expressed his satisfaction with the appointment, stating that the company had been preparing for this change for several months. He commended Wezdecki as a suitable successor to Kujawa and highlighted the importance of digitalisation, omnichannel strategies, and a strong distribution network in today’s retail environment. Piechocki expressed confidence in Wezdecki’s ability to tackle the ambitious challenges ahead and contribute to LPP’s ongoing transformation.

Wezdecki brings valuable experience to his new role at LPP. Before joining the company, he played a pivotal role in driving electronic sales at RTV Euro AGD, where he oversaw the creation of one of Poland’s largest online stores for electronics and household appliances. Additionally, he served as a member of the management board and director of e-commerce at Eobuwie.pl, successfully launching the Modivo.pl fashion online store. Modivo.pl has since become a prominent player in online sales in Central and Eastern Europe.

Wezdecki acknowledged the significant technological and digital transformations that LPP has undergone in recent years and emphasized the expanded analytical resources that allow the company to better understand market trends and customer expectations. He recognized the challenges posed by the ongoing digital revolution in the retail industry and expressed gratitude for being entrusted with such a responsible role.

Meanwhile, Jacek Kujawa, who dedicated 19 years to LPP, will be retiring from his position. Reflecting on his time with the company, Kujawa expressed a sense of accomplishment and professional satisfaction as he steps down.
