SPF is a must all-year round, but is even more important in the summer! Make sure your skin is UV protected using La Roche-Posay’s Anthelios Mineral Sunscreen (SPF 50 is highly recommended). If you haven’t yet added a toner to your skincare routine, this is a sign that you MUST cop the Good Molecules Niacinamide Brightening Toner. This is one of the best vegan, alcohol-free toners on the market at the moment. Targeting excess melanin production (hyperpigmentation), dullness and skin damage, this toner is formulated with some of our favourite ingredients: niacinamide, vitamin C, naturally derived arbutin and liquorice root extract. The toner works to visibly brighten skin, promote collagen production and target enlarged pores. It’s also got a pH of 6.2 (slightly acidic), which helps to balance the skin after cleansing. The light texture is great if you’re prone to breakouts and blackheads, or if you just generally don’t enjoy the feeling of sunscreen residue. 7. Paula’s Choice Skin Balancing Ultra Sheer Daily Defence (SPF 30)

We love Paula’s Choice so much, we had to add a second product to our Top 10! Similar to the Youth-Extending moisturiser, the Paula’s Choice Skin Balancing Ultra Sheer Daily Defence moisturiser acts as a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF 30. Key ingredients such as boerhavia diffusa root extract, avobenzone and vitamin E work to protect the skin from UVA exposure, premature aging, and minimises oil production for breakout-prone skin. It’s potent antioxidant and skin-restoring blend is also perfect for soothing dryness, making it a perfect sunscreen choice for those hot, summer days.
